Global Ledger is an authorized forensic firm specializing in digital asset tracing. By using our services, you acknowledge that we act as investigators and not as legal counsel or financial brokers.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information regarding their cases. Any falsification of data may result in the immediate termination of the investigation without refund.
All client data is protected under AES-256 bit encryption standards. We maintain strict confidentiality and will only release information to law enforcement agencies upon direct legal request or client authorization.
All forensic methodologies, proprietary tracing software, and report templates remain the exclusive intellectual property of Global Ledger. Investigation reports are for the client's personal and legal use only.
All fees are disclosed upfront before the initialization of a forensic intake. Service fees cover investigative labor, software utilization, and report generation, regardless of the final recovery outcome.
Global Ledger may provide data to be used in conjunction with third-party legal firms or law enforcement. We are not responsible for the actions, timelines, or outcomes of these external entities.
In no event shall Global Ledger be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our forensic reports in external legal proceedings.
Our platform must not be used for any illegal purpose, including the tracing of funds not owned by the client or the harassment of individuals identified during the tracing process.
Global Ledger reserves the right to terminate an investigation if the case is found to involve money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit activities by the client.
These terms are governed by the laws of our operational headquarters in Singapore. Any disputes shall be settled within the designated jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via their Secure Client Dashboard.
Our reports represent a "snapshot" of the blockchain at the time of the investigation. Due to the immutable nature of the blockchain, subsequent transactions may occur after the report is issued.
